Exar's Neterion 10GbE adapters featured in two demonstrations at the premier high performance computing event
FREMONT, Calif., Nov. 15 -- Exar Corporation, will showcase its Neterion X3100 10GbE adapters at the SC10 conference in New Orleans, Nov. 15 through Nov. 18. The X3100 adapters will be used to connect high performance computing (HPC) applications to the cloud in the Open Fabrics Alliance (OFA) booth, #1161. In addition, Exar will present "Delivering Virtualization to the Cloud" in the OFA booth at the following local times:
Attendees unable to hear the presentation in the OFA booth can stop by Exar's booth, #4654, for an in-person presentation.
Exar's Neterion X3100 adapters can also be seen in the DICE/Avetec SCinet Research Sandbox demonstration taking place in booth #1149. DICE, a third-party product and technology testing company, is encouraging attendees to stop by their booth and "witness collaborative testing in action."
SC10, sponsored by IEEE Computer Society and ACM (Association for Computing Machinery), offers a complete technical education program and exhibition to showcase the many ways high performance computing, networking, storage and analysis lead to advances in scientific discovery, research, education and commerce. This premier international conference includes a globally attended technical program, workshops, tutorials, a world class exhibit area, demonstrations and opportunities for hands-on learning.
