MADISON, Wis., June 26 -- MioSoft Corporation is proud to announce it was among the select companies invited by Forrester Research, Inc. to participate in its report The Forrester Wave: Enterprise Public Cloud Platforms, Q2 2013. Forrester named MioSoft and its MioEdge platform as a Strong Performer in Public Cloud Platforms For Rapid Developers.
Forrester's report analyzed 14 public cloud providers' current offerings, rating them on 15 criteria, including development and test tools, autoscaling features, infrastructure abstraction features, and breadth of application services. MioSoft was the only vendor in the report to receive a 5 out of 5 for Transaction Features, highlighting MioSoft's strong data management. According to Forrester, "[MioSoft] provides a comprehensive PaaS with very strong features handling large data sets, migration tasks, and aggregation."
According to the report, enterprise adoption of public clouds will pass the 30% mark this year. As enterprises look to adopt or broaden their use of public clouds, decision-makers can use Forrester's analysis of industry-leading vendors to better understand which public cloud platforms are best suited for their needs.
