CHESTER, W.Va., April 18 — MTR Gaming Group, Inc. announced today the engagement of Oracle and its Social Relationship Management Suite.
This product enables MTR to manage customer relationships and monitor social interactions online via Oracle's cloud-based platforms and processing. Key features of the suite facilitate development, integration, and deployment of MTR's social media strategy. It augments conventional casino marketing and provides an end-to-end process of marketing, sales, customer engagement, communications, content management and support.
Oracle's enterprise-grade cloud and database business applications are managed by experts with deep experience in the space. The deal provides MTR with best-of-breed back-end cloud-based systems to facilitate its vision to enhance the customer experience by leveraging the new world of big data and social media.

"This relationship provides MTR the platform, resources, and analytics necessary to create a dynamic customer experience by integrating marketing initiatives, communicating with customers via blogs, forums, youtube, twitter, facebook, sms text messaging, and personalized URLs. Our direct mail response rates will go up – but that's just the beginning," said Buro. "Should online gaming in the US become a reality for MTR, this platform would facilitate marketing in that space and will integrate MTR's land-based casino player's club with the online players club."
The deployment of Oracle's Suite of Enterprise Database Cloud and cloud-based products includes; Social Engagement and Monitoring, Topic Development, Monitoring and Conversation Suite, integrated analytics and business intelligence tools.
