Cloudbakers, Six Nines Join Forces in Merger

CHICAGO, IL, Sept. 13 -- Cloudbakers, a Chicago-based Google Apps Premier SMB Reseller, has merged with Six Nines IT, an IT MSP servicing Northern California. The new company, to be called Cloudbakers, will expand their geographic footprint and service offerings to meet the needs of their clients. The merger has resulted in a top rated Cloud Service Provider focused on providing reliable cloud solutions that provide monetary and operational business benefits.

Cloudbakers is a leading Cloud Service Provider with over 125 clients successfully migrated to the cloud since 2010. With the merger of Six Nines IT, Cloudbakers will offer additional value to clients including Infrastructure as a Service (IaaS) services, MSP offerings and expanded Cloud Integration offerings.

Six Nines IT, an IT MSP (Managed Service Provider), was established in April of 2010 to serve the Napa Valley and immediate regions. The company’s focus has been on businesses in the SMB segment requiring IT services. They started as a small operation dedicated to providing support through superior customer service. Six Nines IT grew from only a couple of customers to servicing over 50 businesses from Sausalito all the way to Cloverdale, with the majority of its customers located in the Napa Valley.
