GridIron Software introduced
GridIron Nucleo, the first productivity enhancement tool for
digital post-production that takes full advantage of new
multi-processor and multi-core technology. Nucleo for Adobe After
Effects eliminates compute bottlenecks,
allowing rich motion graphics and visual effects for film, video, DVD
and the Web, to be developed in less time.
GridIron Nucleo allows Adobe After Effects to run in parallel on
new multi-core and multi-processor technology. This allows users to
realize performance gains of up to 300 percent -- effectively speeding
up their render and preview activities. In the past, these types of
performance gains have typically only been supported by methods such as Grids, clusters and render farms.
