Callidus Software Inc. announced
the successful implementation of its TrueComp EIM solution for Blue
Cross and Blue Shield of Florida (BCBSF). The successful deployment of
the software helps the company effectively manage incentive
compensation payments for internal and external agents, brokers and
direct sales staff. The Callidus TrueComp solution was implemented by
BCBSF staff with leadership support from one of Callidus Software's
strategic partners, Accenture, a global company for management
consulting, technology services and outsourcing.
With TrueComp, BCBSF processes more than 60,000 transactions per
month and it provides BCBSF's compensation managers with a new
licensing and appointment system. It also provides tools to drive sales performance, and promptly adjust plans to meet changing
market requirements to ensure accurate, real-time delivery of payouts
and results. Further, BCBSF benefits from greater visibility into agent
and broker sales behaviors enabling faster, more dynamic business
decisions to improve performance and align business activities to
